    DID NOT HAPPEN UNTIL FORCED TO UPDATE TO THE {NEW} MAIL!?.&$%#*&

    Please return to working email...It MUST BE Rocket Science...

    Slow response time. Issues the last two days cannot display my sent box. Not user friendly. Perhaps before you make major releases you survey users before the changes rather than after.

    On my company computer I cannot change browser....just change me back ASAP

    hate the current Yahoo format... Just so slow, hard and unreliable. Might need to switch to gmail or some other account

    extremely slow to open a note in in-box, and problems with nested folders, they get indented out of view! old Yahoo problem

    Please return me to my old format. Things are not working correctly with this new format. I need certain items for my job and they are not opening. Please I really don't like this new version and I wish I never agreed to it.

    Whenever I send an e-mail, and I am returned to the previous screen, the entire screen turns blue. Why does this happen, and I don't want it to do that anymore! Joanne Butler

    this new sigh on which is good for some folks is not good for all. it is a SUPER pain in the butt to put in a code each time I want to see my mail. Maybe you could make it a choice. I don't like change, many of us do not and to keep changing will just drive customers away. However in your defense, I do appreciate you trying to make us more secure, but some of us just do not need the extra security. Thank You
