    I hate the new format. The background is ugly and it is confusing to use it as easily as my old format.

    I don't know what happened, but i don't like this new mail page..I keep getting ads I can't delete. I didn't ask for this change, I want my old email format back..Please help me

    Why is it that people in the tech industry have to think they are improving something. STOP messing with the mail. Return to the old format when YAHOO was owned by YAHOO. There were never any problems. Now, it is slower, and often will not boot up when I try to get my mail.

    takes me too long to figure things out.
    don't have the time.
    old one much more customer friendly

    ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS NEW MAIL. IT BOOTLEGGED ITSELF ON TO MY MAIL AND NOW I CANT GET BACK TO THE OLD MAIL FORMAT THAT WORKS. HELP. NONE OF THE FEATURES THAT WERE SO GOOD ABOUT THE OLD MAIL ARE EVEN ACCESSIBLE IN MANY CASES IN THIS NEW FORMAT. ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS. PLEASE CHANGE ME BACK. KELLY CHASE
