    Return me now to the old email format please - have had much trouble with this new one - trouble opening messages, cannot download impt. attachments, etc. In speaking to others with YAHOO, they agree!!

    Why does Yahoo have so many issues with email????? I have used Yahoo for years, but the last couple years it has been horrible! Who are the IT people, they don't appear to know what they are doing!!!

    terrible format and does not work at all. all my post in forldrs got lost. I did not agree to swich I was trick to do it. Noughty!!!

    Please return me to the old format.

    I sent an email message about two hours ago & the copy is now lost. I prefer the old version. This is stressful!

    Your website has really suffered since your changes, it is now slow, unreliable and mis-filters stuff frequently.
    Why did you break something that worked so well?

    This sucks, slow and I get auto sound on videos and problems finding my contacts. Return me to old format.

    Agree 100%!! I want to switch back to the old format. The instructions to do so are INCORRECT! The option to "Switch to classic mail" does not appear in the settings menu. Yahoo please give the CORRECT info to switch back to the old format.
