How can we improve New Mail?

just give me back my old email. don't like this one.

    Your new Email format is a REGRESS not PROGRESS. Specific issues that are far better in old format are:
    1) Font don't change when you are composing an Email and using copy and paste from another source which uses different font (and size.)
    2) Number of messages in SPAM box is not posted like it used to, results in full SPAM box that might be the problem for slowness.
    Please return me to my old format. Thank you.

    The new mail has broken functions. I can't do a thing. Please get my old format back.

    I tried several time to find a way to change my password and never received a response. VERY POOR SERVICE.

    Your format is much enriched from before and the color background is very good; but it is not "intuitive." The older format was more viewable and I did find things a bit more quickly. It might have to do with the "font" style. Although many things may be changed by me, the format seems to be lacking a "more friendly" viewable surround. Please return to my old format. I do like change (not for change, only. )

    It does need improvement but not the way you did it.

    New mail is jumpy and slow when sending an email. too many ads. Fed up with it looking to set up new email account elsewhere

    this is crazy. I can't do anything. attachments won't attach. mail goes randomly. grrrrrrrrrr

    the old forrmat was easier to reach and read the spam and deleted messages. please return me to the old format
