    i dont need constant annoying reminders to "update" how my current email format looks. If I want to change the **** thing I will. it flatout borders on harassment the constant popups asking / telling me to update to another new look. my old format worked just fine, thankyou very much. If I decide to update / change it I will, until then leave me / it alone.

    Have made many attempts to follow instructions to return to old format. None of Yahoo suggestions have worked. Finally thru trial and error was able to get through to live customer support. They were of NO HELP either! During typing my reply to operator, they state, screen timed out and conversation was lost. In trying to recover, brought to screen starting the whole worthless process over again. What a bait & switch scam! Stating it is easy to return to Original version, is anything, but true. Some of the WORST customer service, I've ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!

    This is much . too complicated for me. It seems I that I lost a group of addresses that I use all the time. I can no longer pull it up on the screen altho they remain in yahoo mail but only some of them go thru as a viable address.
