    I have a hard time scrolling down when writing a reply. It is very frustrating.

    After more than 20 years using my Yahoo email address I can't find where to revert to the old email as the process you state is not available under the gear icon, so after all that time I am being forced to delete my Yahoo email and get a new email address using gmail or microsoft email. ****. I hate the day I pushed that button to switch to this ****** email format and now I am stuck. It was good while it lasted. sigh The new email has too many flaws to make it tolerable.

    I can not stand the new format. Shows 2/3 of the page. No good!

    The prior page didn't tell me anything. I would like to just stay logged in and if I am not I would prefer to use my password to log back in. Everything seemed fine the way it was.

    I do not like this format at all! I thought that this was supposed to be an improvement? I can't find my list of contacts. I can't print without the side views showing up and if I try to print at 100% the right hand side of the email is cut off. All of my folders keep ending up empty. Who knows what has happened to the contents of those? I have had more trouble since you switched me over to "improve" yahoo mail. Forget it. I just want the old version. To me it was much better.

    I prefer the old format!!!! How do you get rid of old personal folders no that are no longer needed?
