    Nothing with yahoo works correctly. and furthermore i am tired of your bs adds in my e mail and yahoo is just plain out offensive

    Don't like this email prefer old email. I will not pay for this next year to renew. There is no easy way to print. I would rather have ads then pay for this version.

    Why not leave it where it works the best because I count on yahoo and now I'm thinking about closing my account after many years. I'll have to tell all the places and friends my new address. This is what is very inconvenient. Can you please fix the problem so I want have to do this?

    the new one does not work for me . I can't download to print necessary papers. return to the old format please as soon as possible!!!

    I am absolutely furious with this ugly!!!! new email. I hate black, so get it the **** offfffffffff my screen. NOW

    Your instructions through the link are not working.The settings icon yields 3 options: 1.Account Info, 2.Help 3.Suggestions. None of them give an opportunity to switch to classic mail.
    I did not change my e- mail so I was totally unprepared for the New mail which is slow, inefficient, confusing,and is preventing me from completing my work which is due momentarily.
    In addition, there is no opportunity to contact yahoo personnel by phone or email.Please help me to contact yahoo.
