    I NEED my old email. It contains some bills that I need to record. Return to the old format and replace my old emails. I can delete messages myself. I don't need you to decide what I need to delete.

    Why won't you allow your customers to get back to the Classic?
    You give instructions that do NOT work.
    What is wrong with you people?
    Do you actually pay people to mess us up?

    I did not knowingly ask to be transferred to the new E mail and I don't want it now or at any other time. If you propose any further changes please tell your customers what they can expect before they try it. Personally I would like better formatting options so that I can construct a clearer document and don't have to include an attachment, a spellcheck which you did have but removed and an effective helpline - not a 'FAQ' forum.

    The classic email allows me to print my emails. This s a significant feature that the new format lacks. Please do not change something that works.

    How do I get back my old 20k emails they lost since the weekend. It show I have then but cannot bring them up. This sucks get off yahoo mail ASAP and move to gmail which I do not like but does not have technical issues
