    Getting too difficult to have things done by email. Too much control of things that don't need it! A headache!

    I did not ask for this change and dislike it. It gives me nothing which I did not have and I do resent someone invading my privacy by not even asking if they can change this.
    Please return me to the format which I had before.
    I am 72 and find it quite hard enough to cope with modern technology. I do not want another
