    Based on Yahoo's own responses to the new email format, go back to the old email format until you work out all the kinks in the new one. Why should the customer suffer?

    Please give me back my old email. I don't like this one. I can't delete, I can't see yesterday or earlier in January ..

    Why is there no 'Block' option ? Am I missing it ? If I am I would be very grateful if you would email me to explain where it is. The point is though even if it is somewhere it was so much easier when it was just on the 'More' drop down menu. I'm sick to death of saying this but please why are we always trying to re-invent the wheel and fix what is not broken ? Sometimes things are best left because they are already the best they'll ever be.

    Don't like the new format! Where is the Favorites tab? Contacts? I want to go "home" back.

    Since switching to the new format email there have been performance problems daily with not being able to access my email.

    I might have accepted this had it been a one-off, but it's happening ALL the time and must be a bug in the software or the GUI.

    The new format should not have been rolled-out until it had been fully tested and was free of bugs. Very disappointing Yahoo.

    I resent that my format was changed without asking me first. I don't like the new format either. I find the old format easier to use. Also, if your New Feed continues with so many outrageously Left stories, many of which I've witnessed to be outright lies, I'll be changing e-mail providers very soon anyways!!!

    I resent that you changed my e-mail to the new format without asking me. I like the old format and signed up for Yahoo because I liked it. If I ever have to be forced to the new format, I'll change e-mail accounts. I don't like it! Also, if your news feed continues with the outrageously Left-slanted stories, many of which I've witnessed to be outright lies, I will change soon anyways.
