    Trying to clean out my inbox and it will only let me go back 3 days to the 23rd.
    How do I get past the 23rd? I need one e-mail in particular from the 22cnd and cannot get to it.

    still waiting for reply...please read you own above "if not ready for New Mail quite yet, you can switch back...in about three clicks,"...NOW click on and READ your instructions there are five (5) listed and if you (as you write ) do not follow all five (5) in the order given...I won't have the result desired..... 1 click on * in top right hand corner....you DO NOT say which word to click on...and there are three (3) choices..it may seem elementary to you ...2. "click switch to classic mail at bottom of window. (clear to you not me)...3. from tell us why clic/drop down menu selves why...I would have IF i had gotten to the the place as instructed ...unable 4. if you want ..enter more reasons...well I would/will when I am able to get to that "place"...5. cl;ic switch back to classic mail. a sure thing ...for you...but not for me....again please help and be (and I mean ) really precise...step by step......

    followed your instructions to change back....they are not complete...and not REALLY clear....so I went to the * in the upper right hand corner...says help push that ...no real instructions to follow...it seems that none of you would do very well writing a receipe...you would write (it seems from writing down the instructions and following them ) get the bowl some ingredients..stir put in oven bake ...that would do if the reader was a b
    baker....but I am not please be more precise.....I need more than "Seqons" three period lesson to solve this...pleas HELP me!

    just now I tried to "go back" to an 'e'e sent in December.......and I was unable...-=couldn't remember the exact date 'but sorta of knew'.....went down on right side and pressed where it should let me go "back"...to no avail....PLEASE let me go back to the old format....also I did no choose the 'farming' colors...not big on the the ones 'whomever chose'
