    I requested my old format but it is still with the new format! I prefer to delete and spam my emails

    doesnt the rh frame showing advertising evertime i open even though Ive unsubscribed from EVERY ad and external source constitute a breach? And the inability to have this pane minimised on startup - amatuerish at best.

    Takes forever to load mail and I am not sure it was sent. Freezes up computer.

    I cant do anything with the sizing to make bigger , it just all out of whack please return the way it was

    i want my old e-mail back--i can see many of us do and are not getting results--this is a scam!!! i signed up on the terms i could cancel and that isn't available either--now you're stealing from us--i'm going to look into it with the fcc!!!!!!

    When do I get my old format back. I thought that it would happen right away after having asked for it. But so far nothing. What is this?????
