    I do not like the new Format at all. I can not switch from enriched to plain text. If it's not broken STOP trying to fix it. Guess I'll drop this yahoo email and go to GMAIL. They don't change anything!

    Directions indicate that we can switch back by a "few clicks"
    There is no way to switch back. No tab. Nothing that they say is there.
    Now every time i open my emails, i get hit with ads for upgrades ($3.49 per month) to a format i don't want to begin with.

    This new format is Horrible and has created many more headaches and wasted time trying to reorganize my emails. My 2 email accounts have now grown to 4 accounts duplicating everything and some times not. Why?????

    I am horrified. if I cannot get straight into my emails and reply on the same page I am going to leave this awful set up

    can not seem to switch back to classic email. Nothing at bottom of page to click on to to get back to classic email. Tried to follow the directions but could not get back.

    You have really messed up my yahoo. Can't get searches anymore have to go to google to search, which is a pain in you know what.... just get a bunch of gobble de gook that I don't want or need from yahoo. Please just put me back to what I had before you tried to make it better???????I

    The new mail is so fuzzy and awful. How is it an improvement?
