    I hate the new format. I cannot add a new folder. Also, I cannot access the previous email account that I used for most of my messages. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY OLD FORMAT. The instructions that I found to supposedly do this DO NOT WORK! i am very frustrated with this. Why change things when they are working. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"!!!

    More advertisements is coming in mail and side of mail box very disturbing to us so please give me my old format

    MY PROBLEM WAS THAT I WROTE A VERY LENGTHY EMAIL AND AT FIRST IT STATED EMAIL SENT,,THEN LATER THERE WAS ANOTHER STATEMENT,,THEN EVERYTHING DISAPPEARD
