    It's too drastic a change. I don't like the new one at all.

    I like the old format much better. Please bring it back!!!! I get lost in the new one so I don't like it!!

    Why do you have instructions to switch back that do not work. I cannot open up my settings, I cannot check an email to delete or move. All I can do is open an email to read. I can't even delete it after I'm done. This is horrible.

    Hate the new format...can't tell who the emails are from without actually opening them

    Takes a day and an age to get reaction to entry. Background programs delay response to entries, interrupt typing etc -IT SUCKS AND YOU WANT MONEY TO BLOCK ADS ?? GETTING IT TWICE ???

    I am unable to mark emails that I am uninterested in to delete.

    I don't like the new e-mail....some of my mail can't be viewed in the browser and there is no option where I can click mail to respond to savings, etc. Settings does NOT have an option to return to classic mail.
