    I hate this new format and it is very difficult to read and understand. It's dark like it's being done in the night. Return me to the old format or I will start using Google for my home search engine.

    YOU CAN'T SWITCH BACK?????? WHAT THE ****????

    There is no option to click on the bottom of the settings menu to switch back. I hate that your little custom views are higher up on the menu on the left, above folders I have created. You made it look like desktop outlook which no one likes. great job. Gmail here I come

    I just accidentally deleted an important message Now I am unable to retrieve it. I HATE this new mail

    I'm over 65, and this font size/clarity are very difficult to read, even though I am wearing my glasses! Please return me to the old format!!!

    Does anyone from Yahoo actually read this forum?? I posted days ago and still had no feed back. Once again! I cannot use the link to return to classic email, as the button to do so is not highlighted, does NOT work. Very frustrated

    haveing trouble opening some mail content. all this started after I wanted to make yahoo my home page, have had this trouble sence.

    I am 76 yrs old person. Any changes at this stage upsets everything including my BP that I suffer. No offence.

    I 2nd the request expressed here! I do not like the new format. I do not like that mail messages open even if I do NOT click on them. The entire process is slow, slow, slow. Give me the previous mail app.

    ******* mail jumps to ad at top half way reading through an email. The advertising is nauseous.

    Heading on new version is too large. It takes up valuable real estate and it is not necessary.
