    I don't like this format. I used the old one to look at current news. The news on this new format is less user friendly.

    i need to see my sent mail from late 2016 to today to retrieve and improve very important information previous sent to friends and family..

    Typical ******* Yahoo. If not spamming our mail boxes themselves with various 'permitted' adverts, you're changing a format that was fine, just for the sake of it. What a crock of ******* bollocks, change it back, or at the very least put proper instructions on so we can do it ourselves. The 'help' you gave to return to the old format is just a pile of ****.
