    I am getting lots of Spam in my E-Mail box some are very nasty. Please mclear your dirty mail up.

    You tell me I can go back to classic with three clicks...NO I CANT. the window gives me an option to say why I want to go back, but the button is not active. Please fix!

    Yahoo WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?!?! You have gone from user friendly to NOT user friendly!!! Changing my settings has become a pain, all I want to do is change my name and that is showing as done and saved in settings but still shows up with the previous name when I send emails!
    Trouble shooting is now a pain and users can no longer contact you directly.
    I'm keeping my Yahoo but I'm switching my everyday email to another provider!
    DISAPPOINTED!

    I know liked how the old format worked. I had to figure out how to forward emails and removed items not wanted. People like my mother will have trouble with this, keep this in mind when your genius staff comes up with new ideas that do not work.

    I'm 70 years old and have enough trouble keeping up with what i got stop changing things on me before changing give us old people the option for us computer ignorant people

    please give me all of my emails back as it is doing my head in as I need them on my screen as I need to fall back to them all of the time
