    wwhen i agreed to try New Mail, it was with the understanding that I would be able to return to Classic if I didn't like New Mail. Well, I hate it and I have not been able to figure out a way to return to the old mail.

    The new format is too stark! I truly enjoyed having my own color selection for the background. You guys messed with a good thing. Your reasons were?????______________ fill in the blank.

    Icons for reply and forward are at the bottom - quite inconvenient! It is also very bad to have attachment at the bottom, I sometimes miss it! Also, I don't need to have "Starred" and "unread" folders on the left side, it takes space and then the folders under it are not visible.
    I prefer the previous version. Thank you.

    I don't like the new Yahoo because the Feedback box blocks all my folders and I don't know how to get rid of it. Now I have to go to a computer expert, pay him, and get him to put me back to the old format. I don't know how I got into the new format that I don't like.

    Headings take up too much space. What did you do with the Contact roster -- how do I access it? You have a good product -- leave it alone to save our time in adapting to your idea of improvements!

    Sorry...........the new format is OK.......but it is difficult if not impossible to find my folders and older things. How do I get back to tghe old style format???
