    This is a hopeless format and you are in a way forcing subscribers to change by interrupting services. If this game game continues I shall shut my mail box forever and switch over to other service provider. Please don't force us.

    What a PR disaster!!! I thought little enough of Yahoo before this latest show of contempt for the will of the user + plain incompetence.
    Trying new mail has become permanent, it seems, I can't change back because the settings won't open, when it did there was no option to return to classic mail, so much for "change back in about 3 clicks" More telling than the lies, new emails go to trash in whichever I use, have for a long time, can't fix it, don't know what to do? It's totally broken + there's NO SUPPORT, I'm stuck, can't contact Yahoo, the dead would be easier, they're so determined to remain out of touch it's as though they owe me money! It might sound like a joke, despite being completely stuck you can't contact anyone for help, there's nothing in it for them. Common convention + decency do not apply, this is corporate, profit eclipses all, if it turns a buck it's acceptable bar nothing, it's politics of sickening greed, the lowlands.
    Low class, low standard, you name it + it'll sink to the depths somewhere along the line, it's all around ********!
