    In old system NEW FOLDER could be created while shifting mail. Same can't be done in new system. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO GO BACK TO MY OLD FORMAT.

    I hate the new format, If it ain't broke! don't change it! I'm sure everyone was happy the way it was! I guess everyone had too much free time & decided to change it to impress the boss & get a raise? I have no idea why they would change something that was fine the way it was? Makes no sense at all?
