All your changes lately have brought me nothing but grief. I spent the entire morning trying to figure out how to print an email now that the "More"/Print icon is no longer visible. I still don't have an answer. Calendar doesn't accept my typed information. I can't find Contacts. Several of my emails have disappeared and I only found them by accident on my i-phone. Of course, your online help is less than helpful and only addresses a few issues. You surely are a big enough and profitable enough company to find people who can service your customers. This just might be the last straw to get me changed over to another email service. Nothing should be this difficult. You have interrupted the flow of my business life. Just stop it!

on this new format where the **** are my contacts, why try and fix something that works, instead you have just ****** things up worse.

I was tricked into the upgrade while trying to sort something else out on my browser. I am now going to try to go back to the old version !

I'd rather have my old email format back. Ads this big is definitely a distraction.

And when you have given feedback, the give feedback box still stays. Very annoying. How get rid of it?

When you switch back the upgrade button comes up. Why isn't it hidden if I don't want the new look.

I switched back to the 'Classic' because when I clicked on a message it showed me which folder I saved it in. No more. It is gone. Maybe because I mentioned it didn't exist on the new one, rather than add that feature they took in away from the old one. I might as well drop Yahoo and return to the ancient AOL. Maybe they will offer that feature.
