    from the time this was installed, I lost all new incoming emails and still can't find them

    Sux! When you double-click an email it doesn't pop out in a new window. It takes like 10 clicks to get anything done. I'm done with this!!

    The switch back instructions do not work. Particularly since I do not see the "Switch back" at the bottom. All i can see are the "new" ghastly themes.

    Please send me back to my old email.This new one is to large. I canceled the new method. it has comeback twice. i do not like the new method. the classic was better. switching back does not work.
    Please keep me on Classic. Thank you!

    I followed the directions to switch back. IT DOESN'T WORK!! I guess since everybody hates this new one, they have decided to not let you switch back. It's like being in jail in a foreign country -- no bail and no release.

    Add me to the list. The new interface is terrible. It works ok, but the colors, etc are really bad.

    The new format is inferior to the old format in every way. (Much slower, letters displayed lag behind typing, changes the line spacing when forwarding or replying, does not display email signature properly, and from viewing other comments, looks like many other malfunctions.) Please just keep the old format.
