    Do not like the way e-mails come are setup and cannot find the contacts that easily.

    i want old format- this new one messed up too much space wasted - garbage to me.

    I hate the new format. Where is the spam folder - I don't trust you to mark things as spam that are not spam. I inadvertently clicked a spam icon and mail disappeared never to found again. Give me my old format. Where is the trash folder.

    Carefully followed instructions twice. Your INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN TO OLD MAIL FORMAT DO NOT WORK. There was no drop-down menu for explaining why I want to change back. So I could not progress to the final, desired step. Saw the old bar longingly. When I shut off the computer and turned it back on, there was the disagreeable , unwanted new mail bar on the top of the page.

    Your new mail erased over 800 of my valuable e-mails!!!! How can I get them back!! They don't even show up in trash folder! Why can't you leave things as they were??? What do I do now?? Are you all idiots? Why change things that nothing was wrong with??????????????

    Every time there is an "upgrade", it is worse than the prior version...just quitmaking changes, or at least take a poll before you do!!!
