Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    Your instructions to switch back to classis mail do not work. This new thing is cumbersome in the extreme. Before I could click on, say, received and click to delete all received e-mails. With this system I have to click on each individual e-mail. Time consuming, boring I have followed instructions, i.e. clicking in the right hand corner, but no option to click on "switch to..." appears at the bottom of the screen.

    in order to go back to the old format you have to access the settings button in your account. The link that they give you is an example to show you were the setting button is. The little wheel. When your in your account you can switch back to classic mail. Like it SOOOOOO much better

    I WONT THE OLD FORMAT OF YAHOO MAIL , THIS IS ENTIRE TOO SLOW AND I DON'T LIKE THE PAGE LAY OUT.

    Again, I've been switched to your new program. I did not like it before and I like it even less now. Please switch me back to my classic email and quit messing with us. We do not appreciate it.

    I DO NOT WANT the new format. Why do you want to change the setup when it is not broken?
    I am forced to use Ymail because I am in China, but you really want me to make a switch to whatever!!!

    This new format is terrible. It will not let me access older mail I use from time to time. Please restore the old format. If, by the grace of God I am able to get the old format back, please do not ever ask me to change over again.

    I agree with all these comments; I do not like the new format. Some of my contacts do not self populate and I HATE the new layout. Why can't yahoo give proper instructions on how to revert back to classic mail. Gmail here I come!

    Your directions on how to switch back to the old email format do not work! I hate this new format and want to go back to the old format. If you do not switch it back ASAP, I will start using gmail.

    Well, I guess I am not the only one that does not like the new way of the functions of yahoo email. What does yahoo intend to rectify the problem?
