Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    So COMPLETELY ANNOYING! The instructions for switching back to classic format does not work. The drop down menu has 3 options and not one of them is switching back. Ugh. I am very near to never using yahoo mail again

    does not asked go back to classic mail. just put us back. quit asking us to do something. you know it doesn't work.

    Does not work.... hate the new format! Hate that you have ads in the middle of the inbox!!!! I click on it way too often, just trying to open emails. Did you purposely lie about being able to switch back or are you guys incompetent?
