Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    Instructions say click on the gear and go to the bottom to switch back, however, there is nothing that shows return to classic mail. Can you be more specific?

    lying cheating thieving copanies should be closed down ...... but you wont be!!!! and in that certanty you will continue to cheat and steal I can not get my old account back so I will go to another cheating stealing internet company...Reason being if I have to learn a new system I my as well change buy

    Another problem with this NEW iteration. The instructions to revert are not as described!

    Like everyone else - I want the old format back. I too could not switch using your instructions - they don't work. How many people have to complain before you listen. Switch us all back to the old format and quit screwing around.

    I can not get yahoo mail via web page by PC , tried to switch back to old version but don't worked any. Now i am noted 2 new mail but cannot read them, means all mail in Yahoo are BLOCKED?!

    clicked on settings icon top right hand corner. No switch to classic choice in drop down window

    Leave the classic version alone. It works fine for me. If I can't switch back, I can switch to another program. This new one is too confusing. Vincent

    I agree - does not work, as there is no line saying: switch to classic.
    you guys ***** up every time you change something. in this case, among other things, the People folder was removed - why? it was very helpful and useful. good grief.
