    Hi there,
This help page explains how to switch back:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/switch-back-previous-version-yahoo-mail-sln15936.html?redirect=true
Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.
Thank you!

commentedI didn't see a tab for switching back? What is Yahoo trying to do to us. I've been a loyal yahoo fan since it started. I picked an aol email address and linked it to my yahoo account thus having AOL format. More people need to jump ship before Yahoo will listen.

commentedAs I see it... The ONLY reason for the "Latest and Greatest" updates by Yahoo or any other programs I deal with is to justify the employment of the massive IT departments at the various companies. I was very happy with the old E-mail format. I t took me about 6 months to learn what I wanted from it and it worked VERY WELL. Now I am forced to waste my time AGAIN learning a new format. This is as bad as Microsoft coming out with a "New and Improved" OS or the computer manufacturers coming out with a new model every 6 months !!! The problem is folks can NOT afford to shell out $1000 or $2000 for "New and Improved" ANYTHING at that level. Yahoo, if you are going to offer a change in formats ANYWHERE in your stuff... pre-test the day lights out of it so that the average individual who does NOT have a degree in Computer Science can understand it... THEN release it !!!

commentedI gave in and tried the new email. I DON'T like it. I tried to go back to the old email and I did what the instructions said and can't do it. Why? Because there is nothing that says old email. Not happy about that. How do I get back to the old email??

commentedI would like to get back on the settings where i can edit my info. My email is for my personal and office work and my information written was incorrect. How can i possibly change those personal details correctly if you are prohibit it from changing. It must be change, we are the one who knows our password and everything and yet we can't change those information. Yet, you suggested that we better create a new email address? that's weird, I try to create my new account and log in the information correctly but i wanted to use my old email address and then there is a pop up message that we cant use it because we already use that email already.. that email was the one i use., i only wanted to use my old email address with the correct information.. can you please correct your settings. your email is getting complicated..
