Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    won't let me sign in to old style yahoo. Want old style back can't even click on a forward bc it disappeared from the top!!

    Your new Yahoo isn't helping me at all, it is only making things more difficult. I can't even retrieve a forgotten password because the recovery method is asking me to remember a phone number I had over 15 years ago!!

    Why can't I go back to the old email format I try to do what the email told me to do and it did not work can you help me to get back to the old yahoo mail

    All new emails are going directly into the archive folder. Instructions for switching back to classic do not work on desktop, iPad and iPhone. New Yahoo is worse than the old!!!!!!!

    Same comment as the other 321 comments. Your instructions are incorrect for switching back. I don't have time for this and have an important email I NEED RIGHT NOW!

    I can only agree with the 320 comments already sent. I use yahoo-mail for many years now and it never worked as bad as now. I think all of us have to change our mailserver. Maybe it is that what Yahoo wants.

    I do not have the option to switch with the icon instructions provided. Please, help, I use yahoo for business and personal, and the new format is horrible.
