Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    Ditto, when I click on settings, t he choice of returning to old email does not appear. I want old email back.

    Yesterday I saw only 19 technical problems. Since then, my old mails can no longer be seen and I do not see any new mails anymore. also no emails addresses completely not to be seen

    I am old and do not know how to get back to my old mails?

    in simple steps please instruct but in German

    Deleting a client's emails beyond the first two pages, as well as all folders, is one of the greatest crimes ever created by an email server. I'm switching totally to gmail as soon as I can notify all those in my email address list. BTW I've had my Yahoo email address for more than 30 years!

    They certainly don't work. I've had Yahoo since 1999. It's always worked fine for me until the last month or so. Now I cannot open emails or if I can I have to wait a full minute before it opens.
