Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    too slow, when filing mail - it says unable to perform function - when it actually has!

    I was switched to new MAIL Format accidently.. I did not ask for IT. Can I SWITCH BACK TO OLD FORMAT

    View, Zoom, Shrink size of page until you see the bottom of the box which does show "switch back to classic"

    leave my account alone to where it was you have it blocked whith 2 masseges 1says update time zone 2nd says take survey confusing surveyfix my e mail folder so I can access my e mail save folder
