Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

I want the old email for all the reasons that I have read from others who are unhappy. Your instructions for returning don't work. Why would take away some thing that was working and without any input from the client.

I have never indicated I want the new format and have switched back twice. This is customer DISservice. With so many comments saying we don't want this change can't Yahoo get the message?

YOUR SWITCH ME BACK INSTRUCTIONS DO NO WORK. QUIT CHANGING MY COMPUTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. PLEASE CHANGE ME BACK TO MY CLASSIC MAIL OR GIVE SOME INSTRUCTIONS WHICH ACTUALLY WORK FOR SWITCHING BACK. IF YOU CAN MAKE THE NEW CHANGE WHY CAN'T YOU DO A CHANGE BACK TO THE PREVIOUS FORMAT?

Please switch me back, I tried but there is no way to switch, no button, no instructions. Since the switch that was forced on me, my calendar with all my appointments has disappeared. No folder for Spam, no folder for deleted messages.What if I deleted a message by mistake? No getting it back. I can not search anything unless I go back to the Yahoo page to search. I hate, hate, hate this new system, it is absolutely the worst. The GENIOUS who figured this one out should get fired. You just lost a 15 + year customer.

The directions you post are not correct. There is no choice of switch back on settings icon.
If I have no choice I will close my account. I agree with all the previous comments. -

The directions you post for switching back are NOT correct!!! There is NO choice of Switch back to classic listed at the bottom of the Settings menu!!!! If I am FORCED to use a version of yahoo email that I DO NOT WANT, I may as well start using my gmail account, that is ALREADY SET UP!!!!
