Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    As my sons tell me, nobody but old people use yahoo mail. No you are going to lose use.Time for me to evolve.

    You've done your email users a distinct disservice with your new version. That many of us have tried to switch back and that your instructions don't work is a second slap in the face.

    I hate this new email and why do you change it without permission! Now things are messed up and each email opens after I delete the previous one.
    This is a good way to pickup a virus and also it's a mess in general. Put me back!!

    no me gusta el nuevo formato, quiero volver al antiguo, dejen la boberia de estar cambiando para mejorar que lo único que consiguen es cabriar a las personas que no saben de estas cosas y lo complican todo, dejen la mania de tanto cambio y dejen las cosas que hasta ahora a funcionado bien y gusta a la mayoria, espero nos hagan caso, gracias

    I want classic yahoo, not this.It is hurting my eyes, I have visual impairment. Who do I contact to request Classic Yahoo?

    I do not like this new email up date . How to get back to old email platform? Need to go back to to what I had. This sucks.

    It does work, I've just done it. Do not do it in this window, your have to be in the email page, go to the settings icon and at the bottom of the screen in very very small print it says change back to classic view.

    Cannot switch back to the previous format. Instructions do not help in restoring the current format. This is a major setback in Yahoo trying to help, but I am frustrated at this moment. I was previously able to switch back, but it appears that the new (bad) format to forced on me with no way to revert.

    Switch back PLEASE!!!! Who is in charge there? Doesn't look good for Yahoo.
