Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    Same feelings as everyone else. I do not like this new email. It is not pleasant to the eyes and I need to download something to make my emails wider? No. Your instructions do not work to switch back. If you want to remodel/update your email you can do it and make it more user friendly and pleasant to the eyes.

    Switch me back to the old email--your instructions to switch back DON'T WORK (and whoever set that up probably knew that). This new one sucks and is actually LESS efficient than the old one. I did NOT want to switch in the first place but you guys decided to do it for me--leave it alone after switching back!

    I hate this new inbox email format and I have continually said I did not want to go to this new one but you have done it anyway which I find extremely annoying. I have followed your instructions to go back to the old format but the instructions do not work.

    Switch me back. It may be easier to open a new account with GOOGLE or anyone else!!

    THERE IS NO WAY TO SWITCH BACK AND I NEVER SWITCHED IN THE FIRST DAM PLACE STOP SCREWING WITH MY DARN MAIL AND YAHOO PERIOD ,AND NOW I8 SEE MY YAHOO SEARCH ENGINE IS ALSO GONE WHAT THE HEEL GIVES ,IF YOU DO NOT GIVE BACK WHAT I HAD I WILL JUST SWITCH TO GMAIL.

    They don't work for me either. When I go to Settings, there is no <> for return to the old E-mail.

    So far, the only advantage for the new Email is that it has not yet been slowed to a crawl. It's fast, as old Yahoo used to be.

    I see why others have suggested switching to G-mail.

    Please switch me back to the old email format. Your instructions do not work as there is no option for "classic email" in the settings button.

    I have been saying I don't want to change to the new mailbox for a while now. I actually did mean it. If i wanted a bunch of frills I could have used someone different. I wanted something simple. I have enough new things forcing their way into my life without this ****.

    As your system stands, I do not have the option to switch back to 'Classic' Yahoo, as your instructions do not work

    I did not ask for this change. Please rectify.

    why am i ******* around with this all night when i have better things to do go to settings look for this press this press that just give me back my old version IF IT AINT BROKE IT DONT NEED FIXIN

    Switch back or lose my business. I use this account to track business orders. I flag those. I want my classic version restored otherwise I'm gone. Shoot the idiot that made this unilateral change. I am not a smart phone user and depend on my standard laptop without a touch screen. I use add blockers so I do not see your images or marketing. The new version WAS optional. I do not want it. I did not select it. Another Facebook type decision! Lose people, stock goes down, investors withdraw!
