Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    Yahoo I did NOT switch to your New mail , you went ahead and did it yourselves under the guise of "" Try It "" which I had NO wish to Try It ! You forced me into this new mail **** and con people into believing it can be switched back , which is exactly how you conned everyone before into the now present format that we now refer to as Old Mail ! Your assumption is people will get used to it & that Yahoo is prepared to put up with the Whining , it will die down & blow over ! We get that attitude enough from Governments without having to put up with it from Yahoo as well ! You are infringing on what Few Rights we have left ! Stop treating us like Morons - I demand Yahoo post a correct way of returning to OLD MAIL !!!

    I HAVE FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS 20 TIMES NO SETTINGS SMALL LETTERS NO ACCESS TO TOP BUTTONS HAVE TO GO TO BOTTOM CANT USE TOP BUTTONS OR HAVE TO SWIPE UP EACH TIME WHAT WERE YOU TRYING TO DO RUIN YAHOO BEFORE IT GOT BOUGHT OUT? DRIVING ME CRAZY WILL HAVE TO CHANGE BUT DON'T HAVE ENERGY YOU CRAZY PEOPLE SHAME ON YOU

    Your instructions for switching back to our old email format are non for a non existent "switch back" option in the settings. Switch it back or I am switching to another email provider.

    I DID NOT WANT THE NEW EMAIL!!! I TRIED IT AND DID NOT LIKE IT!!!!! Switch me back!!!

    This sucks. I didn't initiate this change. The only "improvement" is I get more ads stuck in with my emails. Change it back or I'll switch to gmail!!!

    I am so angry that you forced me to change to this new "****" version of yahoo mail. I shouldn't have to waste my time trying to get back to the classic version. I am considering changing my email services to another provider!

    The usual Yahoo ****, with no regard for the customers. Time to bail and go to gmail.
