Why does it have to be so damned difficult to open an additional e mail account? I have been attempting for hours now. Ridiculous. If no improvement, I will close and move away.

I lost all my old e-mails in my inbox and I want them back. Evidently you do not know how I can retrieve all of the e-mails to this terrible new yahoo account. All of these were sent to me at my sbcglobal.net address. How can I get these e-mails backs. You had no right to delete these e-mails without notifying me.

I want the old email back. this one is jumpy, have problems deleting things and problems with many other things. trying to sign in when you ask for it will never recognise the password yet nowhere the possibility to change password which can be infuriating. it can also be very slow. have opened an other account with gmail as getting fed up with yahoo. please give us back the old one and stop changing things without checking with us

I AGREE I HAVE NOT REC'D EMAILS SINCE 12/19/17. AM INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH PROCESS. MY ANDROID PHONE & LAPTOP ARE EMAIL FREE EXCEPT FOR SPAM???? HOW DOES THAT GET THROUGH?
