How can we improve New Mail?

don't like the new format. ...new window to see contacts? why?? new window for calendar? why? reply to an email, contact info get in way.

    Stop trying to charge me for a premium service. If charges are introduced, then that's a 100% guaranteed way for you to lose almost all of your customers. If you really think that people won't just switch to Google, then you're deluded.

    the older version was superior in many ways.i.e. the preview pane went full screen when expanded, whereas now, it's only partial.

    This new version is user-UNfriendly. To open my calendar, I click on the calendar icon only to be taken to the old version. If I wanted the old version, I'd have kept it. This version harks back to programming of a decade or more ago. Can't link my calendar to my Android phone, although I am able to sync contacts. What gives?

    The '***' that ***** around with the look-and-feel should have been FIRED years ago!!!!
    I *HATE* what Yahoo has done!! I'm a Network Engineer for 35 years, and Yahoo has made
    a simple, easy to get around a JOKE! It's a pain **********, and it's *UGLY*.

    NOW, Where in the **** are Contacts?

    It is very, very annoying that when replying to an email the contact name and address drops down over what I'm writing. Please, please change this dumb way to confirm the address i'm sending a reply to.

    My contacts do not even show up anymore. If it wasn't broke before, why fix it? I have to look up their last email to me since when I type their name up to send an email and it doesn't show up.

    so for the last month i noticed all my contacts gone. now yesterday they all came back. today they are gone again. is there a new window to open contacts?

    All these changes just add to the stress. Where are my contacts. I need to change an address.

    I keep telling you how bad my experiences are using yahoo mail and you don't listen, then you keep flashing the pop up for me to give you feedback. Seems like more proof of how dis functional you have become. You even make it impossible for me to send all the yahoo mail over to gmail. If you really care then tell me how to send it all over to gmail please. Most of the online info is outdated.

    Don't like the New Email, or the past couple for that matter. Why are we FORCED into upgrading? If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. I have Bad Eyes and the Backgrounds have not been User Friendly for years.
