How can we improve New Mail?

I can login but am not able to read, recieve, or send email

I can login but I'm not able to read, recieve, or send email. The last email recieved was 4:22am today Feb.12.2018. I see my past emails but they will not load...
What's going on?????? Help..............

    Well it looks like yahoo mail is back - that scared the **** out of me..........
