sorting my inbox
I'd like to be able to sort my inbox by sender, but all it allows me to do is sort by date or read or unread. it sucks.

If you would like to sort your emails, please see the help page below for the steps.
Note, sort options depends on wether you have conversations turned on or off. You can sort by sender if you turn off “Group by conversations” in Settings.

I hoped when you put back Sort by Recipient (after having removed it for no good reason), things would improve, but instead of making it easier to file Sent messages that I have sorted, they now DON'T MOVE AT ALL!!! Seriously, why is it whenever you muck around with the thing you ALWAYS make it worse, not better?! FIX IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.
