How can we improve New Mail?

Please fix your servers. I suddenly cannot login to yahoo mail from outlook 2016.

Outlook cannot login to yahoo mail. Rejects user name password. I changed password and updated settings. Will send test message but not connect to get incoming mail. Was working fine until 6:30 AM EST
