How can we improve New Mail?

HELP I deleted a Spam and now I'm not getting updates anymore!

Can someone please help me? I somehow deleted an email and now I'm not getting contacted when new updates are happening on the webside were I read stories at... I know there have been updates but I have not been getting E-mails saying that up dates are happening, this has been going on for weeks. Its not their website it has something to do with Yahoo Mail! Please help me fix this... FIMfiction.com is the site I want emails from but yahoo apparently has blocked them and I dont know how to unblock them. Please help me with this I would be very greatful!!!!!
