    I pay for the ad-free environment. Why, then, am I being subjected to pop-up ads? Please either stop, or refund my money. You can't have it both ways.

    I think you have enough information with all of the comments to remove and discontinue this irritating behavior. If it does continue, it just further iteratee the out of touch leadership running the Yahoo ship.

    Very irritating; irritating enough that if it continues I will move to another Mail service after 15 years.

    That offer to make you go through and decide whether you want to unsubscribe from mailing lists when you're in the middle of doing something and are short on time... I hate it! If I want to unsubscribe from something, I will decide that on my own time. If something is SPAM, I'll mark it as such. Leave me the heck alone so that I can read my email at my leisure, not at the automated Yahoo program which isn't trying to read or send emails.

    agree pop ups are irritating especially when they are simply promoting yahoo when I already subscribe. They do not yield any income so it is just a total idiotic and potential security issue.
