Need help recovering hacked deleted Yahoo email

I need to know how to proceed to recover emails. Someone hacked my account and deleted almost all of my emails. Please help point me in the right direction to recover these emails. Thanks!!!!

    Someone hacked my account..can't login successfully, keeps saying guce.yahoo.com is not safe..
