How can we improve New Mail?

Yours has to be the worst customer service and trying to find things on a site that I have ever had the horror of dealing with.

Trying to fix ANYTHING yourself on here is a nightmare. And YOU don't provide any form of support. Shame on you. Even things you post to do just leads you in a circle.
