Have you heard of "if it's not broken, don't fix it". I have been a yahoo person for more than 8 years.
Please fire your IT person who thinks that he is fixing stuff. Today he changed the sort options. He threw the "by sender" away and I use it every time I purge emails. It would be nice if you guys responded to a survey. Then you work only on the large numbers. Your in conrtol, but i have other options like Gmail.
