Modify Yahoo Browser Folder scroll bar move ability given to all end users
I have this same issue and because I can't see my user created long Folder Names I have to go to my iPhone to manage to add or change the Folders. This is an easy change for Yahoo to make and I suggest to everyone to vote positively on the request.

Modify the Yahoo eMail browser screen by adding a double ending arrows to all the Folder Scroll Bar to be moved right or left for everyone. If any of the other Yahoo Users do not like this then they can just leave it as is. Others who utilize a verbose Folder Name the scroll bar will be able to be moved to show more of the Folders complete name.

I will allow everyone to increase or decrease the width of the Folder display area allowing for you to see much more of your named Folders
