How can we improve New Mail?

    STOP CHANGING THE EMAIL FORMAT! I USED TO BE ABLE TO SEND OUT EMAILS TO A LARGE GROUP OF ADDRESSES IN ONE MOVE. NOW GROUP ADDRESSES HAVE TO BE PUT INTO THE SEND BOXES ONE BY ONE. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD MAIL FORMAT, WHICH WAS JUST FINE.

    I am not at all sure what Yahoo is up to, but the changes to the contact list management are causing many problems. Aren't yo listening to your customers?

    The recent change which was made to lists really *****. When editing a list it shows a recent added contact, however, when the list is pulled up to include new contact for an email, it isn't there. Go back to old format and quite trying to reinvent the wheel. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

    The majority of comments made on the new "Contacts" presentation are negative. When are you going to go back to the old full page "Contacts" list??
    It has been difficult to create and sustain my "Lists" under "Contacts" When I open a list, it is extremely frustrating to add a new contact from my overall "Contacts" list. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!

    I spent a over a month creating a contact list through yahoo for out business. I have been working and updating my contact list as I get new/updated contact information. This update has made it impossible for me to continue with yahoo contacts, it even split some of my contact information. It doubled the name, one has email address and he other has mailing address with other info. How long before you can put it back to old format?

    How do you build new lists withthe new format? No group setting or new list button. WTH! Gmail it is easy and used to be here. Please tell me how to?

    I have a pressing need to edit my group contacts. Was (usually) easy, now apparently impossible! Please help NOW.

    I concur 100% with this expressed concern. We need this reinstated so we can better manage our contacts and groups with these contacts. Secondly the new version limits our visibility and capability to view, manage, update, edit and assign contacts. Please put it back the way it was!

    Now some contacts dont show the email and telephone data at all. And i cant edit them - the edit tab is grayed out. How could you have released such a flawed platform? Lots of my data is now "marooned" - cant see it or access it all. Please fix this ASAP.

    How do I add a new contact to an existing list? Don't see any way of doing it. What a POS this 'new' system is.

    Ditto to all the other comments. Contacts are now a mess. Please listen to what people want not what you think is best. It was simple and easy to use. NOT NOW

    I agree with all the other commenters.... Contacts has gone backwards! No more first name and last name fields. Can't sort contacts within a list. on and on. about to change.
