Link preview setting not working when OFF
Yahoo keeps adding annoying previews when I paste links in emails even though Settings > Writing emails > Automatically generate a preview of links is OFF. Please fix this so settings are abided by no matter what.

We’d like to look more into this, please send us a DM on Twitter at @YahooCare, containing your Yahoo ID and a screenshot of your experience.

I have the same, doesn't matter if I have the option enabled/disabled.
Every time i paste a link, it becames huge and the preview of the website appears.
I enabled and disabled it multiple times with no difference.
A so big preview makes my emails looking childish.
Every time i paste a link i have to press CTRL-z to disable the priviu. In the past (when the option to disable the preview was working) every preview had a X that allowed more easily to remove it, leaving the link.
If you can't fix, just remove any preview, nobody will miss it, it just makes emails bigger. -

I have the link preview turned OFF as well and am composing my email via plain text, but the f'ing link preview still shows up. I can remove it by switching to HTML email, and back to text, but I *shouldn't* have to do this as my settings explicitly indicate I *do not* want to do link previews.

I just had this experience too - replying to an email, pasted in YouTube links, and they previewed. No way to remove the preview. Clicked through to the settings to confirm that the settings were off (it was) and went back to the email. No further previews appeared.

I don't have Twitter, is there another way I send you a DM?
