no contact cards
[I'm shaking my head with an expression of disapproval]
There are about 260 contact cards that were found in an "Address book" (not specified) that are from a Google email/account that has nothing to do with this Yahoo account. I'm talking no overlap, no commonality, no reason at all for them to be in this account.
And you guys use "contacts", "addresses", "address book", etc in the app and in help so searching is a nightmare. And worse you explian how to add them, but not how they got here. If it's via third party, when I look in settings they ALL say "connect". Meaning none have been yet. You also don't mention a single bit if when I delete in this account it it will delete in the unspecified address book. And since I don't know where you got them from, I don't have a trail to follow.
This is beyond conprehension that it happened. Security and privacy have been violated. And I have no way of knowing the ripple affect this is going to have. As in has some of the thrid party apps informed others that I'm now on Yahoo and this email address?
After 30 plus years of general public use of the internet it's unbelievable that this is even an issues. And while I have your attention, or at least I think you are paying attention, why do you all maintain the email, contact, calendar connection. Treat them separately.
