How can we improve New Mail?

All the folders are empty!

I just logged in my very old yahoo mail account only to find all my emails gone, every box is empty, how do we restore the old emails? how can we restore the data now.. its pathetic.

    same issue as Original Post. AND not receiving verification emails from instagram. No filters are set, no forwarding set. Nothing in the junk / spam folder. New mail comes in, except from instagram.

    Emoticons are not loading and when you try to report this you go the PAGE NOT FOUND error 404 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. Geez....

    All my sent emails are gone as well. There's a lot on there I still need! This is unacceptable. It seems this is a common problem after the Verizon takeover. Anyone have any joy in getting them back?

    I logged in my very old account " khandelrashmi@yahoo.co.in" after regenerating new password only to find all my emails gone, every box is empty....how do we retrieve the old e-mail now, Please help.

    Every email I had in Yahoo has been erased. My inbox empty no notice. EMails sent from my brother who passed away were there. What the heck happened Yahoo? Is this even legal to erase my personal email with no notice?

    Between midnight last night and noon today, Yahoo wiped out the entirety of my Sent file. I called the help line and after twenty minutes of inane conversation, the "technician" told me he cannot restore my Sent file. If my Inbox got wiped out, he might be able to help, but he cannot restore my Sent file. I DID NOT wipe it out myself!

    I want all my emails restored in my account again. Why are you telling me every some time to check my account if after all and despite I do it so Yahoo erases all my emails with no authorization/notice from me? it is unacceptable.

    Same!!! just checked in my one and only yahoo account only to find it empty. All my data from before I was even a thinking human gone
